- People complain Sprint won’t unlock their iPhone 4. Sprint’s iPhone 4 lacked a SIM card slot. The new standards for unlocking devices don’t go into effect till 2015, and the companies will have to offer this.
- LG releases open source Connect SDK, wants every TV to behave like Chromecast. It supports a variety of devices, including Roku, Fire TV, webOS, etc. It is an abstraction layer to avoid custom implementations for every device.
