    • Google Photos receives update with Chromecast support
    • Chainfire transfers ownership of SuperSU to CCMT, will remain involved for 2 more years.

    • Russia’s Anti-Monopoly agency says Google must alter contracts with Russian Carriers or face fine equal to 15% of 2014 revenue.
    • Mayor of Stockton, CA claims DHS forced him to forfeit his passwords and his electronics without due process.
    • Jamaican based mobile operator Digicel plans to block ads for their customers unless Google and other companies pay them to let the ads through.
    • Librarian of Congress James Billington retires, has been the Librarian since 1987, and a replacement has yet to be appointed. Billington famously made rulings on jailbreaking and unlocking cell phones.
    • Amazon to delist Nexus Players and Chromecast because they don’t support Amazon Video. Why not?
    • Apple apparently declines Google’s request to add Chromecast functionality to Apple Music.
